Officially born in September 2012 after a long design phase that began almost two years earlier, the project aims to protect and enhance the Toret, the green bull-headed fountains typical of Turin.
The social promotion association "i love toret" aims to build through events, social initiatives and specially designed merchandising a common awareness that leads to the respect, preservation and enhancement of an icon of Turin, recognized as such even outside the city limits.
Through the possibility of adopting for free and morally one of the 800 fountains that are on the map, we want to involve users as an active part and encourage them to take care of their Toret by checking that it is always present, that it is not damaged and that the water comes out regularly. We aim to continue fundraising to be allocated to the cause with the sale of merchandising (mugs, t-shirts, glasses, water bottles, etc. with the "i love toret" logo) and through targeted initiatives and donations free.

The association raises funds to be allocated to the protection and enhancement of the Torets through a system of civic crowdfunding , or funding that starts from the bottom, from people, from you.
